HOA service questions

Start with the shared spaces.

Does Lawns Plus work with HOA boards and property managers?

Yes. We can coordinate with the designated board member or property manager to review shared areas, priorities, communication, and the ongoing service scope.

Which HOA areas can be included?

The scope can be built around community entrances, common lawns, planting beds, gathering areas, and other agreed shared exterior spaces. A property walk-through helps define exactly what is included.

Can an HOA discuss snow removal too?

Yes. Snow and ice needs for eligible community properties can be discussed separately and included in a site-specific winter proposal when route availability and the property are a fit.
